In my younger and slightly more embarrassing days I used to listen to James Blunt, can still remember falling asleep with my head on the forklift steering wheel. Ooops.

During summer when radio 1 changes after 7 generally keeps me awake. By 7pm ive already done 12 hours, and you need a lift. Thursday/Friday nights when the dance music comes on always encourages another gear or 2 out of it. Amazing what you can get done when your working on no sleep and 140bpm music!
