The Songs of Nick Drake on BBC4 now.
Discussion
I was going to try and get an early night tonight but, thanks to this show on BBC4, I'll not be going until at least quarter past one.
Any other ND fans here? I quite like some of the interpretations of his songs that are on this show, although I'm not a fan of one of the girl's voices and it amuses me slightly that the session musicians couldn't play Cello Song with the same fluidity that Nick could all those years ago.

Quite a fan here. Is it the same program (documentary type prog) I saw back in about 1998 that got me into him first time round?
Some amazing guitar playing, no pretentious wky guitar playing either, just very skilled acoustic folk in a myriad of tunings. I like playing some of his stuff but the problem is, very little is in standard tuning so have to keep retuning guitar
Personal fav's:
Northern Sky
Cello Song
One Of These Things First
Things Behind The Sun
River Man
From The Morning
