Help, Another What's that Dance Tune "Jumpin" ???

Okay, a little vague here but early last year in USA I heard a pretty good dance song and a couple of days ago in Asia I heard it mixed in with House of Pain (jump around) and Kriss Kross (jump).

I think it has "jumpin" mentioned in the lyrics as well although couldn't make it out, sort of went like this..."Jackson Joint is Jumpin'... San Francisco joint is Jumpin' etc.." to a strong sythesizer beat

Haven't heard in the UK though but may have just missed it.

Love to know what it is...

PS, it's not the Busta Rhymes or Fatman Scoop (vs House of Pain & Kriss Kross) mixes that have done the rounds, and the song has a similiar sound to Let the Bass Kick in Miami Girl
