Can anyone name this song?

I've tried typing the lyrics into Google, even downloaded a Music recognition app. for my mobile, but still comming up with nothing.

Any help?

By the looks of it, the poster on Youtube is German, so that could throw up a few European bands?

V obscure. The link on youtube now says it's a band called Sally's Skin and the song's called You Alone. It's not on i tunes, that's for sure.
