I haven't bought the NME for donkey's, but when I saw it on the shelf with a picture of The Specials and the line "30 year since Too Much Too Young" on the cover, I couldn't resist.

A great section on The Specials and the history of Two Tone and its influence on music then and now.

On the rare occasion when I pick it up, it's full of adverts and the articles are about as indepth as one of its pages. I'm sure there are exceptions, but generally, this is what I've found.

I have a pile of 80's and 90's NME's that I saved from the skip..and when I read feature articles, I still learn things even though they are soo old.
