Name that tune!

I heard it on Radio2 on Saturday evening - it was out in the last 5 years or so, think it was used for an advert.

It has repetitive "Bow Bow" words in a deep voice all the way through and then every few phrases goes "Bow Bow chicki chick caaaa"

It was released on the B side of 'The Race'. Sadly, I bought it back in the 80s.....
