OK Having a tt attack here...

Normally working out chords into tab is easy but my brain's stopped working...

The offending chord is Gm7-5/Db. What would the guitar tab be for it...

Jazz night tonight, eh hehe

The "-5" is throwing me, but a Gm7/D flat would need: D flat (natch) in bass, G, F, and B flat as the main components?

So, a quick faff yields (low-to-high strings):

5th string 4th fret
4th string 5th fret
2nd string 6th fret
1st string 6th fret
Muting the 3rd string with the pad of your index finger.

Dunno if that helps........
