Anyone name this Bob Dylan song?

I was listening to Danny Baker earlier and he played a Bob Dylan tune I hadn't heard before.

The Chorus went something like this.

Time will tell,
who has fell,
and who has gone under.
When you go your way and I go mine.

Sounded like it from the sixties but I could be wrong.

Any ideas?
