Shirley, it has to be Maria Carey's All I Want For Christmas?

You know it's almost Christmas when this comes on. be it on the Radio, TV Ad etc....

It seems to be the first Christmas song I hear every year....

Greg Lake - I believe in Father Christmas. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ki-Se0wlq28

Christmas wouldn't be complete without that Phil Spector produced masterpiece...

Another vote for Fairy Tale Of New York.

Correct, it is the one with the haggerd [spelling!] old toothless pissed up crone but don't forget it also contains the lovely and talented Kirsty McColl who is much missed.

No contest in my opinion!

ETA - a couple of years ago I asked a musician frien of mine what was, in her opinion, the greatest Christmas sone of all time. When she told me Fairy Tale Of New York, I reached into my pocket and handed her a piece of paper, which she unfolded. Written on it was ... Fairy Tale Of New York.

Jingle Bells by the Macc Lads.

Can't find a recording on Youtube or anywhere else but here are the Lyrics:

Christmas time is here again, Macc Lads have a ball,
All the crack are stood in line and shagged against the wall
Lots of ale and Christmas snogs and puking up in the Bear's Head bogs
Jingle bells, Muttley smells, Beater's on his back
Stez has got a hard-on and he's shagging all the crack
Beater found 300 johnnies in his Christmas stocking,
We didn't see him 'til New Year's Eve, he was off to do some fking
One thing Beater doesn't know, we shagged his mum under the mistletoe
Jingle bells, fking hell, party every night
Macc Lads go out shagging every crack in sight

Got a kaleidoscope from Aunty Dot, and I had to thank her
Got fk all from Uncle Bob, coz he's a fking wker
Lots to eat, films on telly, time to get your fingers smelly
Jingle bells, jingle bells, where's the mistletoe?
Macc Lads go out drinking and puking in the snow

Was in a shop the other day and they had the boyzone version of this on.
Wasn't that impressed, the Pogues version though is another story smile

The Darkness, only because they managed to get a song into the Christmas charts that contained the words 'bellsend' and 'ringpiece'.
