Trying to find the names of McCartney's band who were playing with him at the Children in Need concert, I came across, "Did you know Paul McCartney was in a band before Wings?"

If it's a joke it's in very poor taste. It made me feel so old.

Someone mentioned the film 'New Moon' had one of the biggest opening weekends ever. I have never heard of it.

Yes - I commented to my kids what a good band they were. Brian Ray - guitar/bass, Rusty Anderson - guitar, Abe Laboriel - drums. All Americans I think.
