Robbie Williams Bodies - Is this cover?

Subjected to the X Factor by the other half last night and heard Bodies by Robbie Williams. I could have sworn that this was a cover or a sample of somthing from the 90's. This is now bugging me. Any ideas?

There is a slight hint in the name of his new album compared to The Buggles' most famous track...

It wouldn't be the first time. Let's look at famous Robbie Williams songs - there's basically the one that sounds like I Will Survive and the one that sounds like You Only Live Twice.
