Can anyone identify this album? old school dance compilation

I saw it advertised on the TV after Flash Forward last night, but I can't remember what it was called or find it advertised anywhere using searches.
It had Snap - Rythym is a Dancer playing in the background and advertised having tracks by Massive Attack and New Order on there. I think it covers the period 1973 or 83 - 1990 and had a gold turn table on the front cover.
Anyone know what it's called?
