Recently become a huge Bruce fan. The last eight albums I bought have been by the Boss.
What is your favorite Springsteen album? Mine is Darkness On The Edge Of Town.
Also what are your top five songs? In no particular order.
Badlands
Streets Of Fire
Bobbie Jean
Tenth Avenue Freeze Out
Hungry Heart

Fave albums
Born to Run
Darkness
Probably followed by The River
Bruce is great on albums...but live.. well that is pure greatness.
The Drakness onthe Edge of Town tour circa 78 was his best IMO, totally crazy and in particular the Darkness album songs ALL sound better live.
Check out this version of PROVE IT ALL NIGHT compared to the album version:

Huge fan here. Taught me how to write songs...
How can anyone not like this :

Also, I thought the 'Magic' album, at least in terms of the songwriting, was a huge return to form....

Massive fan.
Albums; Born to run,Darkness on the edge of town, The River,The Rising and Tunnel of Love is right up there.
Songs; Jungleland,Racing in the street,Stolen car,Secret Garden and try listening to 'Happy' if you can find it,songwrighting wise try 'Tom Joad' the songwrighting is just something else.
Nebraska as a wild card.
His live shows are on another level, just epic.

Huge Bruce fan here too..
Agree the 78 Darkness era was possibly the best (shame I was only 7 then!). I first saw him on the BITUSA tour at St James Park and have been into him ever since.
Nigh on impossible to choose just a few favourite tracks but I'd say..
Thunder Road (the solo version on Live 1975-85 is a cracker)
Tougher Than The Rest (live on the Tunnel of Love Tour)
Incident on 57th Street
Backstreets
This Hard Land
Racing In The Street
Stolen Car (the longer "Son You May KissThe Bride" version)
