The vaguest what song is this?Ever!

Ok,heard this song on the radio and it sounds quite different.This is all i have on this song but someone will probably get it from this.Part of the song,chorus i think, the woman singing sings one note and it repeats,echos 5 or six times,then she makes another sound and that repeats a few times.She more or less seems to make sounds rather than actual words at the parts i remember.Medium tempo song.Anyone any ideas?

no probs, its a pretty distinctive song, think theres a couple different mixes but not sure what one is played most on the radio just now.

Im not really 'mad' on the song as such.It just always caught my attention when it came on.One second i would think mm,she sounds like Neneh cherry a little bit at the start of the song,the tone of her voice.Then other bits i found a little bit hypnotic,i really just wondered who it was.
