Didn't realise Ten Years After were a Mansfield band. Just found this on you tube .. now Alvin Lee was a mean guitarist but if you're going to keep a band performing it's always worthwhile having a new guitarist who's also pretty handy : life after Alvin Lee in Ten Years After

I only discovered today (via Facebook) that Richie from Little Feat has been diagnosed with cancer (of the liver) cry

Ten Years After with Alvin Lee were/are brilliant.

The Live at the Filmore East double ablbum is my personal favourite.

I would say that Alvin Lee is second only to Danny Gatton in the speed playing stakes.

With regards to Richie Hayward - I hope he gets better soon. frown

Tommorrow i'll mostly be listening to Waiting For Columbus.
