Just restocked this on CD after misplacing my worn out cassette many years ago.

What a great record it is.

If you don't have it, get yourself a copy.

Does anyone know if this was the first remix album, ie, all the tracks are significantly different from the originals and they're all cut together like a mix tape.

I had this on vinyl years ago (ie when it first came out!) and bought it on CD from Amzon for about a fiver about a year ago.... I'd forgotten how good a remix album it was.

An excellent album for understanding how Dare was constructed and produced as alot of the melodies and bass are seperated out in the remixes.

It may have been the first remix album, Imagination did the same thing about the same time called Night Dubbing.

It's an absolutely splendid album and I've had it on vinyl ever since I heard my mates older brother playing it around 1982. Still gets plenty of air time on the record deck to this day.
