I can't believe I'm actually going to say this, but it's secret(ish).
Britney's "If you seek amy" - is sung "eff you see kay me" (written phonetically).
"Unfortuantely" the UK re-edit removes the line from the chorus "All the boys and all the girls are wanting to IF YOU SEEK AMY"Britney's "If you seek amy" - is sung "eff you see kay me" (written phonetically).
King Crimson's Larks Tongues In Aspic Pt II, and you may need a vinyl pressing as it seems to be cut off the CD.
The song is a huge cacophony of sound. As the final climax fades from an extended sustain to vinyl hiss (and you are playing it VERY loud), you will just hear Robert Fripp say "Can we do it again, please?"
Hardly hidden, but on the extended version of Pet Sounds:
Brian Wilson: "Err, can we get a horse in here?"
Engineer: "... a horse?"

DJPC's classic "Insomniak" tune from back in the early rave days used to really trip me out. I'd totally forgotted about it till i saw this thread and it made me think.
Basically, if you span it backwards (which I discovered whilst lining it up on the decks all them years ago) it would say "I must sleep" where the words "Insomniak" were and vice versa....really really trippy and back and sure you can appreciate why. if you've got a copy dig it out and try it..well freaky!!

There was the 'c' word in rock me amadeus by falco in the 80's. Not really a hidden or secret word but any song with that word that gets played on national radio is cool! Hehe!
Never noticed that!I do remember there being some quiet ranting in the outro though...!
