Electronic drums - recommend a bass pedal
Discussion
My girlfriend has just purchased herself an Alesis DM-5 PRO electronic kit with the aim of learning drums. Said kit, whilst good value, lacks a bass drum pedal. Can anyone recommend a suitable one that's not too pricey? I've spotted the Tama HP-30 which is £35 on GAK - any thoughts?

Pedals from the likes of Tama, Pearl, Yamaha etc are all generally very well made in my experience. I would personally avoid Stagg as they are made from the cheapest of materials. Try to look out for Big Dog pedals as they can be had for less than the "big names" and are seemingly better quality than other lower end models.
