Depends on the venue, and where she's sitting.

Most don't have pillars, but one or two do, so if she's behind one it will be somewhat impaired.

Right at the edge of the side of the stage can be a bit rubbish too.

Can she see out of the window? If she can then, if its a concert on the coast, I would've thought she might be able to see the sea. If its inland then who knows?

It'll be a great show, David Essex is a living legend. I reckon she's going to see all the fun of the fair. Without a doubt the character of Johnny is one of the greatest parts in history. David Essex is a nice chap, tell her to remember to throw some knickers at him.
