This first happened a few weeks ago and again just now. I try downloading a song then the terms & conditions pop up click accept then it takes money off my account and the song doesn't download. Do the check for purchases and still no song.

It just took £2 off my account for nothing. Anyone else had this? Any ideas how to get my money back or the songs?

I've emailed their support. Are they any good?

In the column in the left there's a list of stuff like playlists, etc. In that list, under 'Purchased' (I think) there should be 'Downloads' which is only there when something's downloading or when a download has been paused or has got stuck. Click 'Downloads' and the track(s) that you've tried to download should now be visible in the main window. In the bottom right corner of the main window there's two buttons - one of them which you can press to resume the download. I can't remember what the button is called but it's pretty self explanatory.
