Anyone else found these guys yet?

Very cool, very modern, yet just different enough not to be derivative.

Strength in Numbers and The Spike well-worth checking out...

I remember them when they had their first album out back in 2002 (I think), and didn't realise they were still around. Had a quick listen to their new single, and it sounds remarkably similar to "Take the Long Road and Walk It". Not necessarily saying it's bad, but it's almost identical!

Agreed, they haven't moved on from the first (brilliant) album.

Been a fan for years and seen them live a few times. The first one was about 6 years ago in some scensoredt hole of a pub on the edge of Bradford (I think). The place was big enough for about 75 and was rammed! I was relieved to get back to find my car was still there and not some burnt out shell! It still ranks as one of the best gigs I've ever seen (and for 3 quid, certainly best value!). The comical part is that, beforehand, they were in the bar with the rest of us and not one of them looked old enough for anything stronger than a full-fat Coke! hehe
Certainly a cracking live band and the energy of their front man and his legendary dancing is infectious and gets the whole crowd up for it (although I think he does that a bit less these days, now he's often tied down by a guitar! )

It's true that they haven't changed their sound much, but IMO that's no bad thing and they are still young, so there's plenty of time for greatness yet.......

i've liked them since around the time of the first, as said above, very good debut album, they're a definite cut above all the other insipid top shop pap "rock" that gets bombarded over the radio/TV these days IMO!
good to hear they haven't experimented with new sounds and stuff for their newer material, i'll have to check some more of the newer stuff out i think!
