iPod Shuffle & Car Radio

Hey folks,

As you probably know, iPod Shuffles, the tiny ones without displays, don't have the standard iPod docking socket, but instead have a little USB bay that you plug the shuffle into via the headphone socket.

Does anyone know if/where there are any adaptors that I can plug a shuffle into, for use on my car radio?
