Best rock singer

After a 'discussion in the pub', who would you suggest as having the best rock voice? Not the best rock songs, music or even technically gifted singer; the voice most suited to hard rock music (fairly loose definition of hard rock I guess).

I have a few that are very under-appreciated I think. I'll open with:
