Purchased this latest offering by Sasha today and I have to say I'm mightily impressed.
Anyone who is aware of his work since the late 80's will recognise him to be one of the finest mixers/producers of progressive house out there.
Worth a listen to those in the know but more importantly, worth a listen to those who have never heard his work or get put off by the thought of anything remotely 'house' related. Think chillout with a hint of enigma and an ability to take your mind to other places and you get the idea.
I swear this dude is one of a handful of musicians who will be seen as a true composer in this field in years to come.
Don't expect fireworks. This is one for laid back reflection and a great accompanyment to a long drive. Loud, obviously.
The production is as good as it gets and on a quality sound system it works to the max.
