I've just taken delivery of this today and haven't been able to turn it off since I plugged it in to my system. I really can't believe the difference over my previous NAD C542; it's like night and day.
The NAD has given problems since day one with failing to recognise CDs and skipping once it does. The first unit was replaced under warranty and the second one 'repaired', but the problem persisted and it really started to dull the whole experience of having a decent hi-fi setup.
I've not got anything particularly fancy, a NAD amp and Tannoy Sensys speakers, but I'm genuinely shocked at the difference a good CD player can make.
