I ahve just seen they are playing in Bristol tonight and I used to love them.

I preferred them post Fish with Steve Hogarth, however I havent really listened to their albums in about 15 years, so dont know if I will be dissapointed and end up watching some washed up old rockers.

Has anyone seen them live in the last few years?

I last saw them in Newcastle on the 'Somewhere Else' tour - this was the third time I've seen them live and they were as good as ever.

Having said that... I think Marillion are one of those bands that are quite hard to 'get', particularly if you don't know their songs. Have you got the new album? Obviously, they will mostly be playing the new tracks from 'Happiness is the Road' but I would expect them to play a few older songs too. Hell, last year they even did 'Sugar Mice'!

I'm sure it would be a good gig, but I'm not massively impressed with HITR so I didn't bother seeing them this time.

Did you go then? Either way, you can download the gig from here to see what you missed or re-live the moment!
