I've just been to HMV and bought Pinkfloyd's 'The darkside of the moon' for £7, usually £20 and 'The wall' for £9, usually £24.

If anybody is looking to buy some PF albums now is a good time!

Slightly off topic, but I,m off to get my PF fix tomorrow night. Going to see Think Floyd at Kings Lynn. Will be the third time I,ve seen them, if you haven't yet its well worth it.

Sorry, but who said that that those original prices are anything like correct??? You can get those albums virtually anywhere for the 'sale prices' you quote.. No need to pay even a tenner for most albums these days! How HMV and the Virgin megastores et al keep going is amazing to my mind!!

+1. my 30th anniversary vinyl was only £15 and i had to hunt for that!

if there is one near you, head to fopp. most albums are divided into £5 / 7 / 10 ranges. sadly reduced in number in recent years, best music retailer by miles.

Absolutely, frequently done when I return home after a night out.
