Visage- The Steps. What were samples of this used in?

Just after their famous "Fade to Grey", Visage recorded a track called "The Steps". I was listening to it for the first time in years (well decades really) and some of it is _so_ familiar but I can't put my finger on where else I have heard it. I don't know whether people sampled this, or used the same synth settings. I am thinking particularly of the metallic "ching" around 37/38 seconds.

Unfortunately this clip has been cut short and I can't find another version on YouTube (not that it matters in this instance). Anyone got any clues as to where else this sound cropped up? Much obliged.
