Hi. Proberbly in the wrong place but any advice would be appreciated. The OF has a large collection of 1960's to 1970's 7 inch American/Northern Soul plus Jamaican and English Reggae that he wants to sell. Does anybody on here know of where the best place is to start? TIA

Sounds like the material that Beatin' Rhythm in Tib Street Manchester sell. They have rack after rack of 7" 45s, of that thing of thing there.

i bid £5.

seriously, if you compile a list & prices [individually or job lot] i wouldn't mind seeing a copy.

a trader will offer far less that they're worth as they need to make a profit, though its an easy option if you just want rid.

pick out the rarer/collectable ones and put them on ebay individually. you need to be able to grade them accurately for this though [poor grading really pisses me off as i mainly buy those advertised as mint].

the run of the mill stuff is easier to shift in 'lots' of 3-5 records. saves listing fees and attracts more bids if you group by artist or genre.
