Anyone identify this piece of classical orchestral music?

Whilst sorting out my old collection of VHS tapes for disposal, I came across an interesting documentary about Frank Williams and his GP team, which was filmed around 1992-3, at the time of the all-conquering FW14b and FW15c cars.

At the opening of the show (Extraordinary People) is a great piece of orchestral music that I have as yet been unable to identify. Can anyone help out? I've made an mp3 of the clip, which even includes the glorious sound of the Renault V10!
