Given a bit of free time, I like browsing the vids on Youtube. Being a big fan of Gary Moore, I came across this guy, pascalsantana. He's only young, but a fantastic guitarist, and not a bad singer either. He manages to achieve fantastic tone on the Floyd and Moore covers.

Just added him myself. Just listened to the Sultans of Swing and Parisienne Walkways covers and am gobsmacked. Very good indeed!

pascalsantana, I must admit, has got the guitar tone for Sultans of Swing absolutely bang on!

I've tried for a while to get the "Dave Gilmour" clean tone for the intro to Shine On.....maybe a futile exercise using a PRS with two humbuckers???

this chap is well worth a look! - http://uk.youtube.com/user/MarloweDK

a very skilled bass player, some of his jams are pretty darn good IMO and he's got a real nice collection of instruments too!
