Being a lowly TVR/Citroen driver I don't have access to a multichanger, but kicking around in my glove box currently is:

1 Jimmy Eat World Compilation (to go with last nights gig)
2 Apocalyptica Compilation (to go with Friday's gig)
3 GnR - Use Your Illusion II
4 The Verve - Urban Hymns
5 South Park - Chef Aid (best not to ask really!)
6 Beach Boys - Pet Sounds

One of the best driving albums ever, as long as you don't mind racking up the points!

Mine has a erm, tasteful JVC single CD stereo. Ah well, it's not as if I can hear it ever. The Citroen on the other hand has been picking up various galic squeaks and rattles recently and I've been none the wiser as I usually have the music on to relieve the tedium.
