Dead easy, Johnny Cash - Live at St Quentin. Nothing can match that for rawness and the music is awesome.

Nothing comes close, in fact nothing comes even close!

I know it's a cliche, but The Song Remains The Same by Zep. Greater versions of already great tunes: No Quarter, Rock & Roll, The Rain Song, and the first 5 minutes of the "bow" guitar solo section on Dazed & Confused is just utter genius. The scope for producing aural torture by playing a 1958 Les Paul through valve amps, using a violin bow has to be massive and unpredictable. Page's control was awesome.

Honourable mention to "Life - Live" by Lizzy.

I also enjoy Marillion's first live album. Can't remember what it's called now, but it had great versions of Cinderella Search and Assassing.

Thunder Road, the first track is my all time fave song (it's got to be this version).

Real to Reel? A big favourite of mine.

Also love Kiss - Alive, Thin Lizzy - Live & Dangerous, the aformentioned AC/DC & Tull albums and anything recorded live by SVR and The Allmans.

U2 - Under a Blood Red Sky, reminds you that once they were actually quite good.
(Rediscovered recently lurking at the back of the shelf).

Pink Floyd - Pulse
Queen - Live Killers.

I think they've all already been mentioned, but thumbs up again anyway.

Live After Death - Iron Maiden "Scream for me Long Beach!"
Live Killers - Queen
Distant Sound Of Thunder - Pink Floyd
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - Hammersmith Odeon '75
Metallica - S&M

Not out yet, but looking forward to the new Muse live album. They are an incredible band live. As Edith Bowman said on BBC Three during their Glastonbury show a few years ago, "three boys making all that noise - fantastic!" music
