Im heading out for a couple of days this weekend which gives me a fair amount of road time so its time to prepare some music, but Im at a complete loss as to what to put on a CD irked

Ive got the usual compliment of trance CD's which I enjoy listening to, especially when driving, but I fancy something else...

Maybe some metal/rock but the kind of thing similar to the Reanimation remixes of Linkin Parks music

Please good people of PH, give me some track recommendations

I'd have Avril in my car. Just not on the stereo. You know you would!

"Love Removal Machine" by The Cult. A worthy alternative to the oft-played "She Sells Sanctuary".

You'll be wanting the 'Peace Remix' version of LRM, at least twice as good. Don't get me wrong the original track is insanely brilliant, but the remix on 'Best of Rare Cult' is a real treat!

Btw Scirroco Mk2s are great cars. Had meself a Scala in a deep purple. Only had it for a few months, but it handled very well and shifted too (engine was pretty free revving at 175k on the clock).
