I though the DVD was amazing, the concert last night was even better.

Yep, saw them last night - excellent. I saw the Dio-fronted Sabbath in 1980, 81 & 82, and they were just as good last night (good stage set & lighting too). Shame about the dreadful support band (Lamb of God). Iced Earth weren't too bad though. Now looking forward to Alice Cooper & Motorhead tomorrow night, and the Foo Fighters on Saturday.

Were good at the NEC once they got the sound sorted (halfway through the set!) Bulter and Iommi don't look a day older than they were in 1980! Dio still has 'the voice' and Vinnie still hits the drums too hard!

Don't talk to me about Lamb of God though,my advice stay in the pub and miss their set!!

Plymouth last night.

Caught about sixty seconds of Lamb of God. OMG what a pile of shit.

Went to the pub until Heaven and Hell.

Yeah, same here ... but even in the bar at the NEC, Lamb were too loud to talk to !

Wasn't too impressed with Iced Earth either ... okayish

H&H had a superb stage / lighting rig

Havnt done the gigs as I saw them both at summerfestivals. Lamb of God are normally pretty awesome live. They just surprised me to be supporting Sabbath as they seem to be the wrong type of band. When I saw them last year with Slayer they were the better band imo. Thats more the sort of people they should be playing with.

I went to see them in Bournemouth last night, by christ Lamb of God were loud... must admit there were some confused looking sabbath fans!!! Lamb of God are definitely more my sort of thing than H&H but enjoyed never the less!
Ears stopped ringing at about lunchtime today, customers definitley loved me this morning... Pardon..Sorry..Pardon hehe
