Anyone know where I can get these samples from. They're the very cheesy beepy drums made famous by Kraftwerk (I think), which are doing the rounds in some recent chart records.

I've tried recreating them on my Korg Triton, but I'm not sure I'm using the correct waveform as they dont sound right. I think there's only two sounds, a bleep to represent a bass, and a higher bleep to represent a snare. There might be a 3rd one I'm not too sure.

Anyone got them in a .wav format please ?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about ???

If you're using a PC, there's a free VSTi that emulates the VL-Tone. Haven't used it myself though!

I've still got one of those on a shelf.

The only synth I've got that can also be used as a calculator.

I've also got a VL1 (VL Tone).

Had it from new, was a Christmas present smile

You can pick them up for about £20 or so on EBAY.
