Blatant Plug - My Next Show
Discussion
Although direct advertising is not allowed on PH, I was wondering if an exception would be made for my Operatic / Musical Society's next production.
Our society is a Registered Charity and any profits made are donated directly to charities in our local area.
We have been established over 80 years and have won many awards for our productions - so we like to think that our standards are pretty high.
The show is Stephen Sondheim's hilarious "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum" and it runs from 17 September to 22 September at The Princes Hall Aldershot.
If you're not familiar with the show, it's a cross between "Carry on Cleo" and "Up Pompeii". In fact, both of these were inspired by "Forum" which was first performed on Broadway in 1962.
Full details can be obtained at www.cfaos.co.uk.
Tickets can be bought directly through the Princes Hall box office or through me. I can be contacted using my PH profile.
(Just to warn you though, I play one of the principal characters in this show).
