Was planning on getting that myself - seems to be the opinion that if they continued they would be up there with Led Zeppelin.

I only "discovered" them by accident about a year ago. What have I been missing all these years? A great band, the whole being better than the sum of the parts. I must get hold of some more of their stuff. As you say, some great driving tracks.

Comin' Home is good (slow) tune. I'm not sure if it is on that album though

So, if you were gonna buy their album which one would be the best one to start off listening too?

Asking as one who only knows Sweet Home Alabama...

I'd go for .... One More From the Road. It marked the band's first live album, and the only live album from the so-called "classic" era of the band (1970-1977) prior to the plane crash that killed lead singer/songwriter Ronnie Van Zant, as well as band members Steve Gaines and Cassie Gaines. Known to be a great live band, Lynyrd Skynyrd released One More From the Road in September of 1976, just after the release of their fourth album, Gimme Back My Bullets.

The 14 tracks include a cover of Jimmy Rodgers' "T For Texas" and a 13:40 version of "Free Bird".

The Deluxe Edition, released in 2001, is thoroughly remastered and contains additional performances from the Fabulous Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia.
