Got me a Gretsch

Just bought a Gretsch 5120 Electromatic semi. I love it and I have absolutely no idea how Gretsch can produce a guitar of this quality for the price. It is simply amazing. Fit and finish is superb and i am enjoying playing it so much that i find it difficult even to find time for PH surfing!

Would love something like that myself next, funds permitting. Especially as my acoustic died last weekend, I have an excuse to go looking for a new baby.
It's been a bad month on the guitar front for me.

You are clearly enjoying it. How is it to play? I've been told Gibson's are a bit thin in the neck so so are a pest to play. Are Gretschs better in that respect?
