music software, want to remove lyrics

i am looking for some software that can remove the lyrics from a track.is there such a thing?

I expect a few software apps could do it, as the technique usually used to achieve this is relatively simple (phase cancellation/inversion to wipe out centre panned/mono material). In my experience, this ability is usually found in hardware, and doesn't work that well either, due to the fact that if it works at all, then it tends to wipe out other material also.

Try Wavelab software that is a music editing suite for a PC and that maybe able to do it.
