spotify family - different addresses?

I want to set up a family Spotify account for me, my partner and her daughter. The daughter lives with the dad most of the time about 70 miles away. She does stay with us during the 6 weeks holidays etc. How closely do they check ?

From memory they have to join the family group on the same wifi but after that it's fine to listen wherever. Not sure if you have to go back to the 'home wifi' or not.
