90s Hiphop heads, name that mixtape

Somewhen in the mid to late 90s on The Westwood show they would occasionally fill the show with DJ mixtapes.

I had one on tape thats long since gone and want to flashback to see if its as good as I remember.

From my poor memory I was playing Abes oddesy on PS1 around the same time and it definitely had Grand Puba either Very Special or 2000 on it.

There was also a Bahamedia track too and it was done by DJ Doowop.
