UK song big in the US last year...

There was a single from a British band tha smashed the US charts last year. I can't remember the name of the song or band but the video had the lead singer pushing a load of PA gear along what looked like a terraced road in south London and to a community hall.

Any ideas?

Went to see them fairly recently in a record store show to see why its so popular......and nope i have no idea...not great at all
