Just curious. Various friends have tried, 2 didn't get a code to sign up and the rest of us (5) struggled to get into the site and found no standing tickets left and only £250 seated ones available. Wondering if anyone was successful or the touts managed to game the system.

Apparently usual farce, dynamic pricing in play, AXS taking punters for idiots as per normal.

I can only suggest making bucket list concerts part of a European trip where ticket selling and pricing is still somewhat sane.

It was horrible. It took loads of attempts to join the queue, then it threw me out because it suspected me of doing something dodgy (VPN/zscaler etc) even though I was just on my mobile.

Gave the code to my mate because I'd given up, he managed to get through using my details but it was only seats left at that point and decided not to bother.

I went back in just to see at about 11:30am and managed to get through to see the seat pricing on Tuesday, and then, without clearing cache or closing windows on my phone, managed to also get in to see what it looked like on Monday!

So when it actually mattered, it threw me out for doing something I definitely wasn't, and when I tried later on, I could get through despite doing something it said I'd be thrown out for.

Yes, managed to get standing tickets.

Was a bit of a st show, also got kicked out from the queue about 5 times for suspicious activity but luckily each time I rejoined in the same place so got through to the checkout around 10.20?

Noticed on the seating plan the stage is in the middle, does it constantly rotate or something?

I've given up trying to see any 'big' bands now due to the general stshow and price gouging that seems to happen every single time. It's a game I no longer want to play.

I would have liked to see Radiohead when they still played smaller venues, but those huge venues are so devoid of atmosphere, I'd prefer to watch later on youtube...

100% with you. I saw Wolf Alice on their last tour at the Hammersmith Apollo, and they were great. This time around they’re playing the O2. No thanks.

Having said that, I do wish I’d tried to get Oasis tickets last year. A friend of mine got two for Wembley for £75 each. I must admit I was a little jealous. hehe

This. There's loads of great bands out there playing smaller venues at sensible prices.

Couldn't agree more, exactly how I felt on Friday.

Getting tickets for this seems to be near impossible. None of us got codes initially (even the codes were being sold for silly money online) Resale starts today apparently, but nothing available. I can only see tickets on stub hub for over £500 each. My youngest daughter is desperate to go, but I just can't justify £1500 - £2K for 3 of us to go to a concert.

I'd have loved to see them, but I just can't be bothered with the pain of trying to get tickets and there is very little atmosphere at huge venues like the O2, Wembley Stadium. Last time I went to one of those it was the London Arena for the Foofighters and while I loved it, I could hardly see them apart from on the big screens!

I could only manage Berlin or Madrid, so the algorithm was against me anyway. My son roped in a cast of a dozen or so to try to get some but no joy either. Too busy right now to be spending 6 hours hitting refresh on the reseller sites that opened yesterday. I've seen them a few times, but, *sigh*.
TBH if I did manage a solo ticket I'd pass it on to the boy anyway.
