Hi all

I'm going to see Bruce at Anfield on Saturday. Can anybody suggest any safe parking reasonably close by?

Walton Asda - about 20 minute walk away. Pay via JustPark

biggrin

We parked at Liverpool ONE and ended up getting an Uber to the ground. The way back was a bit more difficult, we ended up walking towards the City Centre and then caught a bus when we were half-way.

I have to be honest - the transport links to such a large venue especially during a big event, seem pretty poor.

Anyway Bruce was brilliant again, and well worth the trip smile

I went to the Echo Arena a few times and parking wasn't a problem, until the car park burnt down and wasn't rebuilt. redface

It's easier to go to Manchester now.

Great place to go for a gig but let down in some important areas.

£7 for a 500ml plastic bottle of piss weak lager. Took about 10 of them before I even started to get a mild buzz.

And as a result another place (at least for GA tickets) that succumbed to the nonsense modern trend of unisex toilet facilities. Queues were often painful as a result.
