Spotify adverts?

I'm paying €14.99/month for Spotify Duo, why the hell are they playing me adverts all of a sudden? I am logged in and thier website says no ads with premium plans.
On the plus side, having looked at thier site because of this, I hadn't realsied I get 12 hours a month of Audiobooks on my subscription.
