I've just bought the C85, C86 and C87 boxes from ebay. Cherry Red box sets hold their prices well. And here's the original version of Sit Down, much better than the pop version.

Candlebox - This is my current favourite song. Written about the death (heroin overdose) of the lead singers (candlebox) close friend at the time Andy Wood of Mother love bone.

Matchbox Twenty - particularly there older stuff 1996 Yourself or someone like you. To me Rob Thomas has one of the best male voices ever.

It's subjective but I'd say your links are borderline Rock because of the vocal style rather than the music. I like the guitar riffs, would prefer a more quirky vocal. Music critique on a Sunday morning!
