Was just going to post the above link of Frampton playing 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' in the
'Right now what you listening to?' thread when I spotted a news story about him being ill with dmd.

Not good news for a guitar player. Apparently planning a final tour before it affects his hands/fingers.

That's sad news.
I see on facebook he was promoting his last tour I didn't realise it was down to ill health. Frampton Comes Alive still one of the greatest live albums imho.

One of the most natural guitarists ever - his timing is next level stuff, even against the greats.

'Frampton Comes Alive' is one of the first albums I ever heard. 'Do you Feel Like I do' is probably my all time favourite song.

Sad to hear this but I'm so please he picked up a guitar in the first place.

He's made me and many others very happy.
