Help with identifying a song

This is going to be a tricky one!

Heard the song last week and really struggling to find the name or the artist and have very little to go on.

The clues are...

It's a mainstream song and i have heard it before, possibly even on an advert or during a programme (possibly match of the day)

It reminded me of, or had a similar sound, to the band 'The 1975'

Definitely a recent song. No more than a year or two old.

The lyrics werent very clear, hard to understand over the music itself. The only words i could make out were at the start where it kind of started with a faint ...'ooh, aah, ooh, aah....ooh, aah, ooh aah...' These may not even have been words though, just the actually music itself.

If anyone can get the right answer from that info i'll be mightily impressed as well as thankful as it's really starting to annoy me!

Ive got xfactor on in the background and just heard it being played in the background of a segment with one of the contestants. As soon as its on iplayer i'll post up a link and hopefully one of you lot will be able to identify it.

Not a day has gone by over the last 3 weeks where it hasnt popped into my head and annoyed me immensely not knowing the name of it.

It was a lucky guess, I changed channels for about 30 seconds and heard that song and it was about a quarter of an hour in. It's used for "Made In Chelsea" on E4.
