Digital mixers - probably a stupid question ...

Hello music people!

Am I right in thinking that if I cable each of my synthesizers into separate channel strips on a digital mixer which is connected, via firewire, to a Mac running Logic Pro, then play a piece of music on the synths via a midi sequence in Logic Pro while recording the audio that's coming out of the desk into Logic Pro, that all of the synths' parts will be recorded into Logic Pro on separate audio tracks, even though they're all playing simultaneously?

As long as you've routed the respective mixer channels, then yes, you're good to go
